TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:- 

• Construction of accelerated humidity chamber Double Walled construction with backside triple. Inside S.S. 304 mirror finish. Outer Galvanized Iron (GI) sheet with powder coated. Outer MS Coating Thickness should be 0.9mm

• Insulation is 3” Thick PUF Insulation having there to ensure stable temperature with humidity & reduced energy consumption

• Motorized Blower of accelerated humidity chamber is fitted at back side of the chamber to develop unique air flow system which ensures maximum uniform temperature & humidity condition inside the chamber. Unique air flow assures quick recovery after door openings.

• Blower motor: -   1/12 HP, TEFC, F-class insulation, Single phase, 1440 RPM, 230 Volts

•Accelerated Humidity Chamber having high quality U shape S.S. Tubular Heaters should be used for better heating.

• Humidity System is steaming injection system (Non condensing type) & reservoir tank with water level arrangement with indicator.

• Having the following Safety features:

1. In case of Temperature variation, Temperature deviation alarm is active & give audio visual alarm

2. In case of Humidity variation, Humidity deviation alarmist active & give audio visual alarm.

3. To off the supply in case temperature goes above 600 C & activate safety alarm.

4. Float switch is available to cut off the wet heater supply in case of low water level in the Boiler tank and to give Audio &Visual alarm.

5. Compressor ON delay timer (2 min.) available to safe guard the compressor.

6. In built over load protector be provided for hermetically sealed compressor.

•It has Features like :1. Fiber/PU Wheel with front lockable for easy movement.2. MCB for electrical safety3. Adjustable tray height arrangements.

•Refrigeration System having CFC Free hermetically sealed Emerson Copland make compressor with R 134 A for better cooling with ECO friendly refrigerant with time delay to safe guard compressor system.

• 50 mm validation port hole is available with Silicon rubber seal to insert sensors for validation.

• Full view observation Acrylic Door / Glass Door is available with gasket to observe sample inside the chamber.

• Specially designed stainless steel rod trays is available to ensure uniform temperature distribution.
