'HOVERLABS’ Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Incubators provide optimal growing conditions and contamination prevention for valuable cell cultures. We provide a wide range of CO2 incubators, ranging from a small capacity and volume to a large scale capacity cabinet. All the CO2 incubators are built with the patented Water Jacket and Air Jacket systems, which minimizes the risk of condensation at the present and in the future.

Construction Features
§Inner chamber is made up of Stainless Steel (SS 304 grade) sheet with round corners.
§Exterior fabricated out of Cold Rolled Steel with painting.
§CO2 Incubator with a size of 170L (6 cu ft) and capacity to hold 03 standard S.S shelves and a maximum capacity of 10 or more shelves.
§Equipped with 03 removable perforated S.S. shelves with adjustable height.
§It Includes Inner & Outer Door. Inner door made out of clear acrylic sheet allowing inspection of material in the chamber without disturbing the chamber temperature.
§Electropolished Stainless Steel 304 - grade chamber adopts round angle structure, easy to clean.
§Equipped with Interactive navigator touchscreen for trend analysis for convenient evaluation of unit's performance, featuring door-mounted position for easy access with multiple language selection, ease of View instructions, monitor progress, on-screen menu prompts, error and usage logs, data logging, performance trend graphing, decontamination routine, and running log of all user interactions with the incubator. The system shows graph performance trends over established timeframes and run event history logs - protected with user passcodes and control lockouts.
§The system is equipped with an independent high quality thermal protection and fan assisted circulation to protect the samples from harmful overheating in case of failures. The direct air jacketed heating design provides stable temperature control, uniformity and rapid recovery of all parameters (temperature, CO2, and relative humidity) following a door opening.
§Active Airflow Technology is designed to provide uniformity & fast recovery of all parameters in 10 minutes or less following a routine door opening. ‘In-chamber Fan’ gently distributes clean, humidified air throughout the chamber ensuring homogeneous conditions.
§CO2 concentration range is 0-20 % with CO2 sensor technology IR sensor withstand 180-190°C decontamination cycle run & situated inside the chamber & need not to be remove during heat decontamination.
§Temperature range ambient +3 to 60⁰ with maximum deviation spatial ± 0.3 and control of ±0.1°C.
§The Microprocessor Control PID based system with over temperature protection gives clear cut written message for the errors, guides through the cycle with start-up and cycle status messages during decontamination phase.
§The system shows graph performance trends over established timeframes and run event history logs - protected with user passcodes and control lockouts.
§Possibility of automatically calibrating all electronic measurement and control functions.
§For humidity 2-3 Liters water reservoir that provides a high relative humidity (rH) with a water level sensor which indicates when a refill is needed.

§Heat decontamination- at 180°C. Heat decontamination for more than 12 Hrs time cycle & with 12 Log sterility assurance level. No chemical is used for decontamination.
