How to Order

Ordering from HOVERLABS is simple, whether you are an individual buyer, a school purchase officer or a government procurement department.

Pay online

Add products to your cart and check out with UPI, cards or net banking. Prices are shown exclusive of GST@18%. If you are a GST-registered buyer, enter your GSTIN and registered business name at the cart page and we will issue a GST tax invoice with your order so you can claim input tax credit.

Order on a purchase order (institutions)

Schools, colleges, universities, hospitals and government departments can order against an official purchase order. Email your PO to info@hoverexport.com or WhatsApp it to +91-81999-98385. We also supply through GeM. Credit terms are available for eligible institutions.

Pay by bank transfer

We accept NEFT, RTGS and IMPS. Bank details are shared with your order confirmation or proforma invoice. Cheques and demand drafts are also accepted.

Bulk and tender orders

For bulk requirements or tender supply, send us your BOQ or requirement list through the bulk orders page and our team will respond with a formal quotation, usually within one working day.

Shipping

Shipping is free across India with no packaging charges. Every consignment is packed to industrial export standards, with customised cartons for fragile products and wooden crating for heavy equipment.

Warranty and installation

Every instrument carries a 1-year Ex-Works warranty against manufacturing defects. Online installation, if required, is free (one time); physical installation is charged extra.
