Technical Specification: -
1. High pressure LPG heated vertical sterilizer to be used for sterilization of chemicals, media under saturated at any selected point between 15 to 17 or U higher PSI adjustable 3 psi pressure.
2. The unit must be sturdy, Triple walled of stainless steel.
3 The space between boiler and outer cover must be provided with air insulation.
4. Be Lid of the equipment must be of stainless Steel / gun metal plate and lid tightened by radial locking system with foot lifting arrangement to open.
5. Sterilizer hydraulically tested up to 40 psi
6. Inner SS- 304 and outer thick gauge stainless steel chamber duly insulated with high density mineral wool.
7. Molded Joint lass Gasket: neoprene roller
8. Water level arrangements for water position inside the boiler, pressure gauge, air/steam release cock, spring loaded valve can be set at any selected point from 15 psi to 17 psi + 3 psi, and drain.
9. Inner Size: 550 x 750 mm (150 litre or higher)
10. Accessories: Two nos. neoprene gasket
11. NABL Calibration certificate should be provided.
12. Warranty period: Minimum one Year
