Size: 4 CFT((108 Ltr), Chamber size 450x450x600mm Temperature is indicated and controlled by solid state electronic digital temperature indicator cum controller with an accuracy of ± 0.5°C. Double walled construction, inner chamber made of stainless steel and outer wall made of M.S. sheet, outside is finished with white powder coating paint, walls insulated with thick blanket glass wool. Both the wall gaps are highly insulated with thick blanket glass wool. An inner glass door is provided for viewing the samples. The outer metal door is also double walled and insulated with glass wool. The door is fitted with rubber magnetic gasket for proper sealing to protect any loss of temp, fitted with lock and key.
Air Circulation: A turbo type blower fan fitted with suitable motor is provided inside the working chamber for circulating the HOT AND COLD AIR throughout the working chamber for uniform temperature.
Heating System: A finned type of low watt heater is placed inside the working chamber and capable of raising the temp from ambient temp to 105°C.
Cooling System: A hermetically sealed compressor filled with FREON GAS fitted with condenser, starter, capacitor overload and relay etc are placed at the bottom of the chamber. Copper cooling coils are spread throughout the working chamber for easy refrigeration. The refrigeration unit can maintain the temperature from ambient temp to 5°C constantly.
Illumination: A Low voltage lamp is fitted inside the working chamber for illumination and can be operated from outside.
Control Panel: Provided at the top of the front side, provided with digital indicator, switches for Hot and cold light neon indicating lamps fuse etc fitted with main cord, plug top. 4 no’s caster wheel is fitted at the bottom for easy movement. Supplied complete with 2nos perforated stainless steel shelves. Operated on 220/. 230V single Phase, AC MAINS.
