Construction Features
§Inner chamber is made up of Stainless Steel (SS 304 grade) sheet with round corners.
§Exterior fabricated out of Cold Rolled Steel with painting.
§CO2 incubator with a size of 170L (6 cu ft) and capacity to hold 4 standard S.S shelves and a maximum capacity of 10 or more shelves.
§Equipped with 4 removable perforated S.S. shelves with adjustable height.
§System shall have in built 180°C high temperature sterilization facility to sterilize CO2 Incubator. The sterilization cycle shall be completed within 11 hrs.
§It Includes Inner & Outer Door. Inner door made out of clear acrylic sheet allowing inspection of material in the chamber without disturbing the chamber temperature.
§The quoted model shall have integrated with relative humidity sensor and water tray (Stainless Steel).
§The system is equipped with an independent thermal protection to protects the samples from harmful overheating in case of failures.
§Data output of the event log through USB.
§Microcomputer controller, LED displays temperature, CO2 concentration ,run-time and timing.
§For humidity a water reservoir that provides a high relative humidity (rH) with a water level sensor which indicates when a refill is needed.
§Floor heating system which directs heat transfer from heated floor to humidity reservoir.
§Incubator shall have rapid recovery of Gas after door opening.
§Inbuilt filter based assembly of gas supply inlets to minimize contamination risk.
§The decontamination process does not require the disassembly and removal of sensors, hardware or other components for separate autoclaving.
