TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: -

• The CO2 incubators a temperature range of 5° to 50°C with an accuracy of ±0.1°Cover the entire range.

• Throughout the chamber, temperature uniform up to ±0.3 °C at 37 °C. Humidity maintained around 95% at 37 °C preferably by a separate humidity pan.

• The incubator an interior chamber volume of 180 litres.

• CO2 range of 0-20% in the inner chamber. The accuracy of CO2 in the incubator chamber ±0.1% regulated preferably by an in-chamber, durable IR sensor.

• Powder coated steel exterior with polished corrosion resistant stainless-steel interior for routine cleaning protocols. The shelves made of perforated steel with minimum load limit of >15 Kgs (for mounting small equipment including stirrer, rocker etc.)

• Stainless steel shelves and supports readily removable without tools for easy cleaning, autoclaving or adjustment.

• Easy to read alphanumeric display for CO2, Temperature, &Audio/visual alarms.

• Built in heat sterilization cycle of at least 140⁰C for 12 hours to safely kill all microorganisms within the chamber in case of contamination.

• Built in audible alarm system activated if the outer door is opened during the Heat Sterilization cycle and the temperature is 60°C or greater to ensure safety in the lab.

• The Microprocessor Control System give clear cut written message for the errors, guide through the cycle with start-up and cycle status messages during decontamination phase.

• Post decontamination process, the system returns to normal operating status without the need for manual cleaning.

• HEPA filtered chamber airflow: 100% filtration of chamber air every 60 seconds to clean room

particulate and air borne contamination to best air quality standards thereby providing constant protection against contaminations.

• Built-in system with adjustable timeframe to notify the user when it’s time to replace the filter and easily removable without tools.

• Uniform distribution of direct heat at every part of the inner chamber.

• There microbiological filters on all gas inlets and outlets and sample ports to reduce the potential contamination sources.
