Þ Shelves: 3 Triple walled in construction Inner made of SS 304 & Exterior made of GI sheet duly finished in Powder Coated Shade.
Þ Insulation: The high-grade compressed glass wool insulation provided in between the wall to minimize the heat loss.
Þ Controller: The temp. Is being controlled by microprocessor based PID temp. Controller with dual digital indicator & pt — 100 sensors.
Þ Air circulation: The air circulation is being performed by motorized blower system firmly installed at the top of the unit.
Þ Shelves: The shelves are adjustable ss rod type shelves provided depending upon the selection of oven size.
Þ Heater: The heating is being provided through ‘u’ type ss air heater clamped at both the side of chamber having ss perforated platform. Door & gasket: A fully insulated door with perfectly sealed food grade silicon gasket is provided.
Þ Lock: A strong and easy mechanism of designed ss hinges & handle lock to open/close the door is provided.
Þ Exhaust: Exhaust port is provided at top side of the oven.
Þ Temperature: Temp. Range: -5°c above ambient to 250°c Temp.
