TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: -

Incubators have different applications like drying of slides, paraffin embedding, tissue culture work, incubation of antibody, microbiological determination and incubation of hydroxy steroids and crystallization studies. Designed to work upto 80°C with accuracy of ±1°C. External body is made of mild steel, coated with scratch proof and heat resistances paint. Internal structure including door and chamber are manufactured from Stainless Steel. The double walled chamber is filled with high grade insulation to prevent heat loss. Heating element is roped in beads and placed at bottom and two sides. The front door is fitted with a window. Temperature is controlled with a capillary type thermostat and read by a thermometer. Supported on heavy rubber feet to prevent slippage. Provided with indicator, temperature control knob and on/off switch.Exterior fabricated out of thick mild steel duly finished with epoxy powder coating. The gap between the walls is fitted with special grade glass wool. Provided with two or three removable shelves. Kanthal wire heating elements provided on three sides to attain quick and uniform heating in range of 30° C to 110° C ± 1° C controlled by hydraulic type capillary thermostat. An L - shaped prismatic thermometer is fitted to the unit for reading the chamber temperature. Equipment suitable to be working on 220V AC 50Hz single phase.
