Research Microscope Camera with Sony Backlit EXMOR Sensor, USB 3.0
This is a really high quality camera with big sensor size good resolution and uses latest EXMOR sensors by Sony and Hardware, Video Pipelining for fast frame rates, its our favorite microscope camera.
Sensor: SONY EXMOR CMOS (similar to the ones used by sony in DSLR), 6.3 Megapixels, Back Illuminated Sensor, USB 3.0
CMOS C-Mount Camera, Sensor Size: 6.3M/IMX178(C) 1/1.8– (7.37x4.92) , Pixel Size: 2.4x2.4um, FPS/Resolution: 38fps,UltrafineTM
HISP VP and USB3.0 5 Gbps interface ensuring high frame rates, Super high sensitivity up to 1120mV(IMX264); Ultra
low noise and low power dissipation by using column-parallel A/D conversion; With hardware resolution among 3.1M to 20M;
Rolling Shutter or Global Shutter, Output: USB 3.0 Output
1.1.1 MAX-R6 Basic Characteristic
MAX-R6 adopt SONY Exmor CMOS sensor as the image-picking device and USB3.0 is used as the transfer interface. The same sensor series are used in sony in DSLR Cameras.
MAX-R6 hardware resolutions range from 3.1M to 20M and come with the integrated CNC aluminum alloy compact housing.
MAX-R6 integrated with 12 bit Ultra-fineTM Hardware Image Signal Processor Video Pipeline(Ultra-fineTM HISP VP) for Demosaic, Adjustments, Automatic Exposition, Gain Adjustment, One Push White Balance, Chrominance Adjustment, Saturation Adjustment, Gamma Correction, Luminance Adjustment, Contrast Adjustment, Bayer and finally form RAW data for 8/12 bit output. This will move the heavier burden of the processing from the PC to the Ultra-fineTM HISP VP and greatly accelerating the processing speed.
MAX-R6 comes with advanced video & image processing application ImageView; Providing Windows/Linux/ OSX multiple platforms SDK; Native C/C++, C#/VB.NET, DirectShow, Twain Control API;
The MAX-R6 can be widely used in bright field light environment and microscope image capture and analysis with higher frame rate.
The basic characteristic of MAX-R6 cameras are as follows:
_ SONY Exmor, Exmor R(Back-illuminated), Exmor RS CMOS sensor with USB3.0 interface;
_ Real-time 8/12bit depth switch(depending on sensor);
_ Ultra-fineTM HISP VP and USB3.0 5 Gbps interface ensuring high frame rates(Up to 15 frames for 20M Resolution);
_ Super high sensitivity up to 1120mV(IMX264);
_ Ultra low noise and low power dissipation by using column-parallel A/D conversion;
_ With hardware resolution among 3.1M to 20M;
_ Rolling Shutter or Global Shutter;
_ Standard C-Mount camera;
_ CNC aluminum alloy housing;
_ With advanced video & image processing application ImageView;
_ Providing Windows/Linux/Mac OS multiple platforms SDK;
_ Native C/C++, C#/VB.Net, DirectShow, Twain, LabView
